Refund Policy

At Goter Pay, transaction integrity is our priority.

Failed transactions

If a recharge or bill payment fails, the amount is automatically credited back to your Goter Pay wallet, usually within minutes, subject to operator/biller confirmation.

Wrong recharge

Recharges done to a wrong number/consumer ID entered by the user cannot be refunded once successful, as the amount is delivered to the operator/biller.
